摘要
1. Insects rely heavily on stored information to find their way about their environment. 2. Old and more recent experiments on memory storage and retrieval are described with an emphasis on the learning of routes. 3. It is hoped thereby to encourage the view that insects provide a good model system for the study of spatial memory.
