BOUND AMINO ACIDS IN SERUM OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC RENAL INSUFFICIENCY

摘要
Bound amino acids in serum of twenty patients with chronic renal insufficiency and of ten healthy subjects were determined by the author's simple method. No real qualitative difference was found between the amino acid pattern of sera from healthy, and ill persons. Quantitative analysis and statistical examination of the results showed significant differences between ill and healthy persons for seven amino acids. The levels of bound leucine and phenylalanine were decreased and the levels of glycine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, lysine and threonine were increased. © 1969.
