摘要
The possibility of inserting CCD optical sensors inside a synchrotron radiation beam line in order to check the spatial stability of the radiation and its geometrical shape in places of particular optical interest such as focal points and monochromator slits has been verified. Some preliminary information on the spectral response in the UV and NUV regions as well as on radiation damage are reported. © 1990.
