摘要
A prospective study of 430 stool cultures showed Campylobacter jejuni in 9 % of diarrheal stools. Campylobacter jejuni enteritis appears as an important cause of acute diarrhea in Paris area. Clinical picture is characteristic and diagnosis could be established by direct Gram on stool and stool cultures. Technics for stool culture are simple and applicable to any general bacteriology laboratory. © 1979.
