摘要
Single crystals of rubidium titanium oxide phosphate (RbTiOPO4) up to 15 × 44 × 34 mm have been grown by the flux method. Refractive indices, phase matching curves, electrooptical Coefficients and dielectric constants were determined. The ferroelectric phase transition, conductivity and spontaneous current phenomenon are discussed. The temperature dependence of the dielectric constants indicate a second-order phase transition at 829 + 1°C. © by R. Oldenbourg Verlag, München 1990
