摘要：

This paper describes the proposals from a group of experts concerning the antibiotic therapy of bacterial endocarditis, both on native and prosthetic values. They have been established on the basis of the available literature and the experience of the experts. They are presented according to the offending bacteria. A distinction has been made between those which rely upon validated data in the literature and those which cannot be considered as well established mainly due to the rarity of the cases.
