摘要
Because of the influence of valence electron concentration, on the one hand, and component concentration on the other, on the choice of the crystal structure, ternary alloy systems provide supplementary information to that afforded by binary alloy systems. In the systems which were examined several phases with new and also with known crystal structure types were found. The distribution of the phases in the concentration triangles show that valence electron concentration and component concentration are of real significance. Structure arguments are given for the following structure types: Ni2Si, CsCl, FeSi, CoGe, MnP, Pd13Tl9, Ni2Al3, Ru3Sn7, IrGe4, CoGe2, PdGa5. © 1969.
