摘要
In intact rat pineal glands in vitro, norepinephrine stimulates the incorporation of 32P into phosphatidylinositol through post-synaptic alpha-adrenergic receptors. This response is inhibited by tricyclic antidepressants and imidazolines. Both amitriptyline and oxymetazoline displace the dose-response curve for norepinephrine to the right in a parallel manner indicative of a competitive mode of inhibition by these two classes of drugs. © 1979.
