摘要
A method for the HPLC enantiomeric separation of substituted azabicycles (quinuclidines and aza-norbornanes) has been developed, after borane complexation with borane-THF, using an acetylated beta-cyclodextrin column. The procedure is relatively simple and has been applied to the determination of the enantiomeric purity of several synthetic compounds of potential pharmaceutical interest.
