摘要：

The oxidized cytochrome P‐450 shows an ESR‐spectrum with g‐values at 2.41, 2.26 and 1.91. An attempt has been made to simulate these properties by studying the products of the reaction of a series of thiols with heminechloride in various solvents. g‐values have been obtained around g3= 2.4, g2= 22 and g1= 1.9, depending on the chemical nature of the thiol and the solvent. The structure of the heme site in the oxidized cytochrome is discussed. Copyright © 1969, Wiley Blackwell. All rights reserved
