摘要
Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is an important tool in the diagnosis and treatment of pancreaticobiliary disorders, but it has significant rates of complications, including hemorrhage, perforation, pancreatitis, cholangitis, and cholecystitis. As advances continue to be made in less invasive technologies, it remains important to understand the complications of ERCP and how best to avoid them. (C) 2008 Published by Elsevier Inc.
