摘要
Quenched NiFe monocrystals are studied in wide temperature and composition intervals by the method of elastic neutron scattering. Superstructural reflections, the wave‐vector moduli of which are incommensurable with the basic vectors of the reciprocal lattice, are found in the 65.5 ≦ C ≦ 70 interval (C is the atomic Fe concentration). The analysis of the dependence of the satellite intensities on the temperature and the external magnetic field allows to make conclusions on the nature of the incommensurable structure and to draw the phase diagram of the invar alloys.
