摘要
A complete theory of system peaks in linear chromatography Is presented. This theory relates the position and Importance of the peaks of sample components and additives observed to the competitive isotherms of the compounds Involved. In the case when the additive gives a detector response while the sample components do not, the theory permits the prediction of the response factors. The theory permits the simulation of the method of elution on a plateau for the determination of competitive isotherms. © 1990, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
