摘要
Large changes of conductivity occur in annealed pyrolytic SnO2 films when irradiated with ultraviolet radiation under ambient conditions. We have found that this effect is due to chemisorption-photodesorption of oxygen following an Elovich-type kinetics, and that chemisorption proceeds by the transfer of electrons through a potential barrier.
