摘要：

A discussion is held to emphazise the importance of performing simulation experiments in order to optimise the experimental situation for data treatment of binding curves. The optimatisation is done to decrease the influence of covariance contribution to the estimated errors of the fitted parameters. This is especially important when the model contains parameters that are linearly correlated.
