摘要
Algebraic expressions are derived giving ranges of motion transfer of the general spatial R-G-G-R linkage. The necessary and sufficient conditions defining the class of linkage, number of mobile ranges and compatibility have also been stated. All expressions involve the linkage parameters only, and are independent of any input link parameter. The results are of particular use in digital computer applications. The planar, spherical and three dimensional linkage with input and output in parallel planes are considered as special cases of the general spatial linkage. © 1969.
