摘要：

The noise received by an antenna immersed in a hot plasma is directly related to the input resistance of the antenna as computed by Kuehl (1966), using a Maxwellian velocity distribution. The result is rederived for a plasma with any stable velocity distribution. Copyright 1969 by the American Geophysical Union.
