摘要：
Comparison of the specific activity of 42K in bone and plasma provides direct evidence for the existence of nonexchangeable potassium in the skeleton of the human being and in the dog. Serial sampling suggested that the exchangeable fraction was exchanged within 24 hours. The determined stable potassium concentrations in bone are among the lowest published values and tend to minimize the phenomenon of nonexchanged potassium. © 1969.
