摘要：

The empirical evidence concerning the existence of risk premia for risky jobs is contradictory. Some results support the existence of these premia, while others do not. This note provides a theoretical justification for these contradictory results in a fairly general model where firms and workers can effect the probability of a workplace accident. © 1990.
