摘要：

Pulsed and color Doppler ultrasonographic diagnosis of an anuerysm in one of Galen's veins was achieved prenatally on the basis of the findings of turbulence blood flow in the cerebral cystic lesion and low vascular resistance in the internal carotid artery, the posterior communicating artery, and the posterior cerebral artery.
