摘要
In Escherichia coli K12 carrying both the F factor and a determinant for kanamycin resistance (K) the association of K with F appears to be independent of that of F with the chromosome. This applies equally to the extrachromosomal and the integrated states of the F factor. © 1969 Nature Publishing Group.
