摘要
The authors report the results of a study of the diffusion of Minocycline in human prostatic tissue. In 12 prostatic tissue samples collected after 48 hours treatment, minocycline was measured by microbiological method (agar diffusion). Except for 2 samples that were negative, the results of the study exhibit worthwile concentrations of minocycline in prostatic tissue. These results are compared to previous published data. © 1978.
