GROWTH AND PHASE-TRANSITIONS IN SINGLE-CRYSTALS OF (KXNA1-X)NBO3

摘要
This work presents the results of the growth of (KxNa1-x)NbO3 crystals using NaF as a flux. The quantitative composition of the obtained crystals was determined by X-ray microanalysis. Phase diagrams of the system (KxNa1-x)NbO3, are described on the basis of DTA and changes in optical properties and electrical permeability versus temperature. Some information is also included about the growth method which makes it possible to obtain solid solutions with any amount of K content. © 1979.
