摘要
The effect of bacterial inoculation on the process of composting of grape pulps was studied. The addition of an inoculum rich in cellulolytic and ligninolytic bacteria had no effect on the degradation of organic matter. The principal reason for this failure was probably that micro-organisms are present in grape pulps in sufficient quantity for adequate composting.
