摘要
Two new ionone-type compounds (1 and 2) were isolated from quince brandy (Cydonia oblonga Mil.) and their structures deduced from spectroscopic data and confirmed by synthesis. C-13-, H-1-NMR and MS data as well as olfactive properties of 1 and 2 are given.
