A case is presented which demonstrates: 1. The first histopathologic report of bilateral otosclerosis and endolymphatic hydrops which had been diagnosed clinically. 2. Seven discrete foci of otosclerosis in each temporal bone. 3. An abnormal vestibular aqueduct, endolymphatic duct and sac in each ear. 4. Successful stapedectomy in an ear with both otosclerosis and endolymphatic hydrops. © 1969, SAGE Publications. All rights reserved.
