摘要：

A range of fluorohalobutanes has been prepared for screening as potential inhalation anaesthetics by chlorination and fluorination of halogenated butanes and butenes. Surprisingly, several fluorohalobutenes were obtained as side products of the fluorination of halogenated butanes, and there was evidence of considerable rearrangement of the butane carbon skeleton, None of the compounds tested, however, gave good anaesthesia with no side effects. © 1979.
