摘要
Alkylaminoethylglycine (AAEG) overcomes the resistance of Candida albicans to triazole antifungal agents in Sabouraud dextrose medium. When supplemented with AAEG at pH 5.5, Sabouraud dextrose was found to be a reliable, precise medium for testing the sensitivity of C. albicans towards fluconazole.
