摘要
Carrier mobilities and densities of Bi0.96Sb0.04 are estimated between 77 and 180 K from a determination of galvanomagnetic and Seebeck coefficients. A simple model of the band structure is considered, taking the Hall and magnetoresistance factors, related to the energy dependence of the relaxation time, into account. The measurements were made in a set-up well-optimized for measurements of low voltages in low magnetic fields and well-stabilized temperatures.
