摘要
1. Specific (3H)-diazepam receptor binding was not detectable in brains of Myxine glutinosa, Lampetra fluviatilis, Squalus acanthias and Chimaera monstrosa, while readily detectable in Calamoichthys calabaricus, Acipenser ruthenus, Salmo salar and Gadus morhua. 2. Opiate receptors, in contrast, were found in all investigated species. 3. These results indicate that the evolution of benzodiazepine receptors in the brain occurred only in those ancestral fishes giving rise to higher bony fishes and tetrapods. © 1979.
