摘要
In the past 15 years, many of the mechanisms underlying the molecularorigins of cancer have been uncovered, and a clear picture of the role ofoncogenes and tumor suppressor genes in carcinogenesis has developed. Thisarticle reviews the mechanisms by which oncogenes and tumor suppressorgenes participate in the creation of tumors. Copyright © 1994 American Cancer Society
