摘要
It is shown that the dependence of the intrinsic dielectric strength on the volume, the time and the relaxation time of the molecular processes which was deduced formerly by using the model of a polymer with distributed free volume, can be obtained by applying the theory of extreme values, without ressorting to a model. By expressing the relaxation time as a function of temperature, the temperature dependence of the dielectric strength is obtained. The dependence found in this way is similar to that found experimentally. © 1968 Dr. Dietrich Steinkopff Verlag.
