摘要：

Six patients with Rocky Mountain spotted fever were studied to determine the type of fundus lesions associated with this disease. Fundus findings included engorgement of the retinal veins, papilledema, retinal edema, cytoid bodies, flame-shaped hemorrhages, Roth spots and an arterial occlusion. The retinal findings correlate readily with the pathologic anatomy of this disease. Fundus findings in Rocky Mountain spotted fever have not been reported previously. © 1969.
