摘要
The development of low-temperature narrowbandpass filters for the spectral region λ > 50 μm using metallic mesh is discussed.Data are presented for temperatures down to 1.1 K and for a number of temperature cycles.The data show that such filters perform well at these temperatures with deterioration only occurring in limited cases.© 1979 Optical Society of America.
