摘要
Efficient fault locating and network reconfigurating in medium-voltage distribution networks call for flexible connection with the SCADA (system central and data acquisition) and network database systems. Using the information from these systems together with the heuristic knowledge of the control centre operator a high-level knowledge-based assistance system can be built for fault diagnosis of distribution networks. Such a system is being developed by the Power Engineering Group at Tampere University of Technology. This paper gives a detailed description of the dynamic frame-based model of the distribution network and outlines the use of the interface between the network database system and the expert system for fault diagnosis in a fault situation.
