SPIN WAVES IN ORDERED FE3SI FE3A1 FERROMAGNETIC ALLOYS IN HEISENBERG MODEL

摘要
The dispersion law for spin-wave excitations is studied in Fe3Si and Fe3Al ordered ferromagnetic alloys by using the Heisenberg model and in the non-interacting spin wave approximation. An explicit expression of the dispersion relation is given for small k vectors (|k| « 1/a) and for the principal point and lines of symmetry in the Brillouin zone. We write down explicitly the symmetry properties of the spin-wave states in these cases and show their usefulness when considering neutron scattering by spin waves in these alloys. © 1969.
