摘要
This paper deals with the kinetics of degradation of polymeric material with activation parameters which exhibit a compensation effect. A method of evaluating the activation energy for a given value of degree of conversion has been worked out. An equation for the dependence of a relative property of the polymer on temperature and time of thermal ageing has been derived. This equation was checked for the thermal degradations of polychloroprene and EPDM rubbers.
