摘要
The first measurements of electric-field induced second-harmonic generation in the cubic ceramic PLZT (9/65/35) are reported. A hysteresis behavior of the second harmonic signal versus electric poling field was observed and a field/no field contrast ratio of 20 : 1 was achieved. The area of the hysteresis loop decreased resulting in a "slim-loop" for increasing delays between applying an external voltage and monitoring the second harmonic signal, the sample remaining irradiated by the fundamental beam. © 1990.
