摘要
Multilayered Co-Fe-P/Cu magnetic films with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy are investigated by means of Fe-57 Mossbauer spectroscopy. A comparison of calculated and experimental line intensities in Mossbauer spectra allow us to evaluate the direction and distribution of the film magnetization vector. It is shown that perpendicular magnetic anisotropy increases with the decrease of ferromagnetic layer thickness.
