摘要
Halfwidth of the valence band cyclotron transition line (n = 0 to n = 1, MJ = - 1 2) has been measured for germanium between 1.5 and 4.2°K under uniaxial compression. The hole-phonon coupling constant is found D2 = 44 (eV)2. © 1968.
