摘要
Plating with certain alloys under specific conditions can result in the formation of plating alloy films. The films are amorphous in structure and exhibit various unique properties. Given these results, it is believed that functional amorphous films might be prepared by plating techniques and these techniques might form the basis for a new technology for preparing thin films with novel functions. This paper reports an electroplating method for the preparation of Co-Gd amorphous alloy films which have recently attracted attention as materials for photo-magnetic memories.
