摘要
The conditions to synthesize the thermally stable, multilayered BSCCO films with 2223, 2234 and 2245 structures have been investigated. It is shown that the films sputter-deposited at Ts=665°C became thermally stable and showed super-conductivity in their as-deposited state when the appropriate target composition and cooling process were chosen. However, the multilayered films decomposed partially or completely into the 2212+2201 or 2212 phase when the substrate temperature was about 20 to 45°C lower than the above condition. © 1990 IOP Publishing Ltd.
