摘要：

1. (1) A chemical method used to separate and quantitatively determine tetrahydro-ii-desoxycortisol (THS) tetrahydrocortisone (THE) and tetrahydrocortisol (THF) in urines is described. 2. (2) The method involves enzymatic hydrolysis, extraction with dichloromethane and purification and fractionation on silica gel. The purified fractions are measured by a colour reaction by Porter and Silber's method. 3. (3) Determinations carried out in urines before and after metopyrone administration are listed. © 1969.
