New lizard-like reptiles from the Early Triassic of Queensland

摘要：

Two new small fossil reptiles are described from fragmentary skull remains from the lower beds of the upper part of the Rewan Formation in central Queensland. The sediments are of Early Triassic age. The prolacertid, Kadimakara australiensis gen. et sp. nov. is considered to be closely related to Prolacerta broomi from the South African Karroo. The second form is Kudnu mackinlayi gen. et sp. nov., a paliguanid. This record represents the first evidence for both groups from Australia.
