摘要
The kinetics of a first order phase transition in terms of adsorbed multi-component vapor-solid in the presence of chemical reactions between components are studied. A classification of processes which may occur in an ensemble of adsorbed particles is given and a theory of these processes is developed. Possibilities for the existence of oscillation growth modes, origination of periodic structures during spinodal decay and self-organization phenomena are shown. Events of endo- and exothermal reactions are briefly analysed.
