A Useful Consistency Condition on Liquid-Structure Factors Applied to Liquid Helium

Data for the liquid-structure factor, if it is sufficiently extensive and acctirate, can be improved by making it consistent with the requirement that the radial distribution function vanish inside a hardcore radius. Such an analysis suggests that the structure-factor data of Achter and Meyer for liquid He-4 is 2% too small at higher momentum transfers.
