摘要：

An approximate method is described for analyzing the free vibration of any type of three-hinged arch which has variable cross-section and curvature, and the six lowest frequency coefficients of three-hinged arches with uniform cross-section and symmetrical configuration are presented in tables. The associated modes of vibration are also shown.
