摘要：

Myotonic dystrophy is commonly associated with a variety of ocular abnormalities, principally cataracts, hypotony, miosis of the pupil, tapetoretinal degeneration and oculomotor weakness. In this clinicopathologic case description, associations were observed between hypotony and abnormal chamber angles, and between intra- and extraocular muscle weakness and fiber abnormalities. Tapetoretinal degeneration was not observed and cataract formation was nonspecific. © 1969.
