摘要
The paper describes the results and interpretation of a tertiary surfactant pilot test conducted during the period 1969-1971. The surfactant flood consisted of sequentially injecting a base preflush, thickened petroleum sulfonate solution, thickened water,and drive water. XC biopolymer was employed as a mobility-control agent, and base additives were used to improve sulfonate compatibility with the reservoir fluids. Tracers injected with the surfactant solution indicated that volumetric sweep was good and surfactant adsorption was moderate. However, the effectiveness of the recovery process was reduced because of excessive mixing of the surfactant solution with high-salinity resident brine.
