摘要
The combined anomaly of webbed fingers and partial or total absence pectoralis muscle known as Poland's syndrome is presented. Surgical treatment should emphasize the reconstruction of a functional hand. Cosmetic reconstruction of thoracic deformities may be necessary at times. © 1969.
